Concept Creation
This table lamp was designed during my exchange semester at Hochschule Magdeburg-Stendal. The project focused on creating a lighting piece that reflects human emotions, with my concept centered on nostalgia. Inspired by how the brain processes nostalgic memories, whether joyful or melancholic, I conducted in-depth research into the emotional and neurological aspects of this experience. 
The final design translates these insights into soft, layered curves and spiral lines, symbolizing the flowing and complex nature of nostalgic thought. The rounded, organic form evokes warmth and familiarity, making the lamp not only functional but also emotionally resonant.
Sketches
The sketching phase focused on exploring different forms, proportions, and ways to translate the feeling of nostalgia into a physical object. I experimented with organic curves, layered surfaces, and spiral forms inspired by the way nostalgic memories flow and connect. Through multiple iterations, I refined the shapes and explored how light could interact with the form, eventually developing the soft, rounded language of the final table lamp.
3D Design Development
The lamp was developed in Fusion 360 through two main phases. The first phase focused on creating and refining the 3D model based on the initial sketches and concept. In the second phase, the design was further developed after moving into 3D manufacturing, where the model was adapted and optimized based on manufacturing requirements and physical production considerations.

Product Visualization
The final lamp was visualized through detailed 3D renders using Blender to showcase its form, materials, lighting, and overall aesthetic. The visualizations helped communicate the design concept and demonstrate how the lamp would appear in a real environment.
Final Laser-Cut Prototype
The final prototype was produced using 3 mm wood through laser cutting to test the design, proportions, assembly, and overall structure. This physical prototype helped validate the digital model and identify any adjustments needed before final production.
